What your
attendees hold.

Not slides. Every screen below is the running system: the site that takes the registration, the badge that gets scanned, the email that lands in an inbox, the certificate that prints. Click anything and you are using it.

01  The event site

Your brand, not a booking form.

Built to the client's own key visual and typography, then wired to the engine underneath. Same engine, three different faces.

02  At the door

A badge readable at arm's length.

Brand bar, the name at the top of the hierarchy, the QR, and the code spelled out for when a camera refuses.

And the scanner that reads them

Runs in any phone browser. No app to install, no hardware to rent. A second scan of the same badge reports the original arrival time instead of double-counting, and a badge booked into a different workshop room is refused by name.

03  In the inbox

Every message the event needs.

Each edition has its own mail design, not one shell recoloured. Table-based HTML with inline styles, because that is what survives Outlook.

04  After the event

Certificates that release themselves.

Drawn at 300 dpi, A4 landscape, one page a real print file. The page will not open before the event day has passed.

05  What's included

One engagement, the whole operation.

Everything below ships together. Nothing here is a paid add-on or a second phase.

01

Branded event site

Agenda, speakers, venue, capacity counter, FAQ, built to your key visual, in English, Bahasa, or both.

02

Registration that fits

Free or paid, open or invite-only, individual or team, one channel or three. Duplicate emails caught on the way in.

03

Email automation

Acknowledgement, approval, badge, invoice, reminders, certificate, batched over one connection, with catch-up for late approvals.

04

Badges & check-in

A QR badge per attendee and a browser-based scanner your own crew runs from their phones.

05

Staff dashboard

Approve, reject, verify payment, message on WhatsApp, open and close registration. Live, no spreadsheet round-trip.

06

Exports finance accepts

CSV and formatted Excel on demand, with only the columns that event actually has.

07

Payments & waitlist

Tiered pricing, group discounts, promo codes, invoices, manual verification, and a waitlist that promotes itself.

08

E-certificates

Self-service lookup after the event, at print resolution, gated by date and by your own switch.

06  On the day

The parts that only matter when it goes wrong.

Most registration tools demo well and fail on the morning of the event. Every behaviour below is live in the demo.

01

Seats can't be oversold

Each channel, tier and workshop room holds its own pool. Cancellations put their seats back; the waitlist takes them.

02

Approving is the send

No registrant sits approved but unnotified because someone forgot a second button.

03

A forwarded link fails

Join links are personal and burn on first use, so a webinar seat cannot be passed around.

04

Nobody is scanned twice

A repeat scan reports the original arrival time. Wrong-room badges are refused by name, out loud.

05

Late approvals catch up

Approve someone after the H-1 wave has gone and the system sends them the wave they missed.

06

Closing means closed

Closing registration hides every entry point, not just the form. No dead ends one click deeper.
